Do I need to sign any documentation before applying for a post?
In order to maintain consistency and efficiency, we require all our staff to be committed and responsible for all the posts they apply for, this will take place in the form of signing a rule of engagement confirmation contract. We also require staff to be punctual & arrive to shifts in uniform.
As a staff member working for Healthwise Catalyst Ltd, will I be provided identification?
Yes, at Healthwise Catalyst Ltd we provide all our staff members with their own proof of identification, to let whomever they are working, for now, they are part of the company. Once issued, we expect all our staff to carry their Healthwise Catalyst Ltd ID with them at all times when on duty. For this reason, we require all our staff to provide us with a recent coloured photograph.
How will I be paid & when will I be paid?
Healthwise Catalyst Ltd aims to pay all our staff members via their bank account using their bank details. This information will be requested upon recruitment, and we expect any information provided to be accurate. We endeavour to pay staff within 72-96hours of receiving their timesheet.
How do I record the time I have worked and whom I have worked for?
Healthwise Catalyst Ltd will provide timesheets that will be downloadable on our site, which must be signed and dated at the end of the shift by an authorised member of staff. We will need you to scan and re-send the timesheet back to us via the company email.
At what rate can I expect to be paid per shift?
We offer competitive rates across all the jobs we post and hire for.
